sweet sixteen

The best dinner dates are planned 15 minutes before you arrive. At least that's my philosophy with this girl.

My favorite *16 year old friend turned 16 (obviously) this past weekend and earned her driver's license earlier this week. It was only fitting that we celebrated by meeting up separately to our favorite Thai restaurant.

We have a thing. I make her order our meals and I pay. That menu couldn't be more confusing/intimidating and I only ever go if I have my fearless orderer with me. But every time is as delicious as the previous and the company could not be better. We just get each other.

Happy Birthday, Kamz. You're already doing great things in this world and I am so excited to see how you own your 16th year of life.
